When we pick up, sixth grade will be wrapping up Rome and learning about the Silk Roads and the spread of ideas, as well some major world religions. Seventh grade will be discussing the Civil War and its implications. Eighth grade will be completing their examination of early westward expansion and will prepare to discuss the ways that expansion contributed to the fracturing nation in the lead-up to the Civil War.
