Digraph qu

This week we have introduced the final initial digraph, qu.  Students enjoyed listening to The Wedding of Q and U, a fictional story about the letter pairing and their spelling sequence.  After the story, students once again brainstormed a list of qu words and selected their weekly spelling list.  Next week, we will review each of the initial digraphs learned this trimester (ch, sh, th, wh, ph, and qu).
