Grandparents’ Day

Grandparents’ Day 2018 was a huge success!  To start the day, first graders greeted their grandparents and friends and then visited the book fair.  Afterward, grandparents and friends attended a brief presentation about The Summit and the pending move to our new campus.  Then, grandparents and friends returned to the classroom to view student animal and habitat portfolios and LAD Fair entries.  We finished the morning decorating flower pots and planting vinca to give as gifts to our guests.  Thank you to all who were able to join us today!
